The Problem Solving Game Changer. Problem: Where is the drink ice in the cooler and how can I keep drink ice separated from dirty cooler ice? Now we have an answer and that is the (patented) Bumper Bag. The Bumper Bag Pro can handle up to 30+ lbs of ice. These hi-end eco-friendly bags were designed to separate ice in the cooler but how do we get the clean ice out? That is the patented "Ice Sleeve" so when you are reaching in to get ice now you have a sleeve to put your hand in. That will keep that ice clean, fresh, and healthy for your crew. So why did we design and make the Bumper Bag Pro? Are we going to use the ice that has been touching the dirty cans, bottles, hands, or food for our drinks? The answer is, we hope not. When I saw my buddy go from putting bait on the line to the cooler for a drink I knew I needed to do something about this. This is what Bumper Bag Pro was designed for and fixes the problem.
Let me tell you how this started. First I talked to my manufacturer and said I need material that can sit in water and ice all day plus cannot leak at all. I told them I need the best material for this because I want the best hybrid bag on the market. It has to be able to sit in ice, water, or be out in the hot sun plus it needs to be Eco Friendly. After we established what material can do what I wanted then I knew the “ice sleeve” was needed. So I designed the Ice Sleeve. Here was the thought in the sleeve. Make it wide so it has easy access, then make it like a mitt to grab the ice, but to put a last spin on it I put two thumbs on the design. The reason I did that is because I have no idea from what angle someone is going to be coming in or if they will be right or left handed.
So after we figured out how good the Bumper Bag Pro will work in the cooler, I realized we have so much more. The Bumper Bag Pro comes with a strap to also use it as a premium dry bag or a beach bag because of the size. Also when you use it as a dry(beach)bag you can use the Ice Sleeve for extra protection for your phone, wallet, keys, and other valubles.
So we have a bag that is made for drink ice but also can be a beach bag, lunch bag, gym bag, or just a tote to carry something. The Bumper Bags are versatile and really can be used daily in your life!!

We wanted the best bags on the market not the cheapest. That is why we decided on TPU material over PVC. While looking at Bumper Bag you will see it is made of the best material on the market. We made the right choice.
Sturdiness
Both options for vinyl bags are sturdy, but TPU tends to be stronger than PVC. Polyvinyl typically has a lower shear strength. Polyurethane is also sturdier because it has a high abrasion resistance that will resist scuffing and scratching.
Environmentally Friendly
In many ways, polyurethane is the more environmentally friendly choice. It does not need to be replaced as often as polyvinyl, and when it does break down, it does not release harmful materials. Producing it tends to result in less environmental waste. Thermoplastic polyurethane can be recycled more easily than polyvinyl chloride.
Scent
For high end products, customers tend to care about how the product smells. Polyurethane is completely odorless, so it lets people experience the genuine smell of the product while PVC can sometimes have a “plastic” smell.
Elasticity
Polyurethane tends to have a slightly stretchy and elastic feel. Even in low temperatures, polyurethane will remain elastic instead of becoming brittle. This elasticity can be helpful in certain situations.
